I seriously felt like I just died and went to heaven after tasting this. All I could say was “more please!” Today I got back from a workout and I was craving something sweet. If there is one thing I have learned on my healthy eating journey is that you don’t always have to deprive yourself. If you are craving something just make sure to eat a healthy version of what ever it is. For example if you are craving ice cream after a long day of or school just opt for some frozen yogurt with fresh fruits. 1 banana | 1 cup of almond milk | 1 Tbsp of almond butter | 1 cup of strawberries | 1 cup of ice | 2 scoops of protein powder (optional)
